Val Petrone is a Los Angeles based writer and production coordinator from just outside of Chicago, Illinois. They’ve been interested in animation since they first developed a crush on Inspector Gadget, and writing for audiences since they were a 10 year old with internet access. They’re invested in stories that balance their love of comedy and action while also exploring themes of hope, varying family dynamics, and communal responses to challenges. When not working, Val loves to skateboard, teach themselves Polish, and take care of their cacti.
